Privacy/Security Policy: I understand how important it is to protect your personal and credit card information when ordering online. All orders are processed using the Paypal Secure Server which encrypts all information sent across the internet. Paypal does NOT share your credit card or other information with me. I do not sell or share my mailing list with other companies.

Ordering Instructions: To start an order: from the home page, get to one of the product pages. Select the appropriate drop down lists for each item. Click on the Add to Order button in the description box. This will add your item to your basket. Once one item is added, feel free to continue looking at the site before completing your order. Click the Continue Shopping button to do this. The Paypal ordering system will keep track of your items until you are finished shopping. You can view your order at any time by clicking the View Order button. When you are ready to check out, click the View Order button to go to the order form. Click on the Secure Checkout button and you will be brought to the Secure Checkout page to complete your order.

Definition of terminology - Stock items are pre-made ready to ship pieces. Made to order are items made exclusively for you. Most items here are Made to Order. Custom made are new designs from your ideas.

Resellers: If you are a reseller and would like quantity pricing on any of my designs, email me and I will set up an account for you.

Ring Sizes: My ring sizes are based on the U.S. and Canadian ring size standard. If you are ordering with a different standard (such as Britain, Germany, Japan) please add a note to me in the comments box while checking out.

Shipping: Our shipping charge is $18 - $40 depending on your order size and location. U.S. orders are within the lesser charges, International orders are more expensive. I ship fully insured UPS or FedEX; A signature is required for pickup so I know that you received your order successfully. If a design is in stock it will ship within a day or two. If not, your order will arrive in 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes longer. Be aware that the process used here is time consuming so please be patient with your order. As a signature is required, please use a street address, not a PO box on your address information. International shipping is subject to additional charges depending on country and shipping method. Email me for specific information on international orders. Shipping charges can be combined on orders larger than 2 or 3 pieces. If ordering more than 2 items, email me and I'll discount the shipping for your order. If you have already ordered more than 2 items I will automatically refund any overage you may have paid.

Canadian Customers: Your Province will add the tax to your order with us.

Confirmation and Tracking: An email confirming your order is automatically sent when your order is received. You will receive an email from me, with a tracking number, when your order is shipped.

Guarantee & Return Policy: All of my jewelry is unconditionally guaranteed to be free of defect and to be of the highest quality. My stock items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund for the price of the item, less the cost of shipping and a 15% fee for repolishing and restocking. Returned items must be in original resellable condition. Because of the nature of custom work, all Custom and Made to Order items are not returnable. However ALL items are guaranteed against material and workmanship for as long as you own your item. This guarantee does not cover misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear. In a case of accidental breakage, contact me. If your wedding band or other sentimental piece is damaged, send me your original piece and I'll cast your new piece with the same gold, if possible, and discount your new order appropriately. I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, so please package the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item.
